本品学名为双（甲氧基乙氧基）氢化铝钠，纯物质为白色固体，商品为甲苯溶液，分解温度是205℃、闪电式155℃，比重是1.12g/cm³。在干燥环境下可长期存放，不与氧气反应。它是一种强力氢化物还原剂，可以将羧酸酸酐及内酯还原成二元醇，也可将酰胺、腈或是亚胺及大部分含氮的有机化合物还原成对应的胺。沸点：396-402℃；密度：1.036g/ml at 25℃

The pure sodium dihydro-bis-(2-methoxyethoxy)aluminate is white solid,flash point:155℃,density:1.12g/cm⁴,It is soluble in toluene and its decomposition temperature is 205℃.In dry environment,it can be stored for a long time and does not react with oxygen.It is a powerful hydride reductant that can reduce carboxylic acid anhydride and lactone into dihydric alcohol,and also reduce carboxylic acid anhydride,lactone and nost organic compounds containing nitrogen into the corresponding amines.
